Never Again a Single Mom

It’s been four years that I’ve taken full care of her and her two children. Never again a single mom — they always end up going back to their ex. I accepted her as she was, with her past and her family, without conditions. But reality hit me hard. She left me alone with the kids, saying there was a death in her family. I stayed with the girls without suspecting anything. But what I didn’t know was that this “good lady” had gone to marry the jerk who abandoned her four years ago.
Two weeks after she left for that so-called funeral, I randomly came across some videos on TikTok… my wife in a wedding dress. At first, I told myself it was AI. But no — it was really her. And later in the video, I recognized her ex. The guy now lives in Europe, and after the wedding, he went back to Germany. Thanks to comments, we always end up learning about people’s lives.
At first, I was just shocked. She could have “R.I.P.”’d me without me even knowing. Then, when I started thinking more clearly, I searched the house while she was away. That’s when I found out she’s been taking German classes for two years. I decided to keep pretending. I’m waiting for her to get her papers, then I’ll tear everything up — especially the plane ticket. That way, everyone loses.
Even though I had promised myself I would never go through a woman’s phone, I did it — and honestly, I advise you to do it too. I found out that he comes back to the country at least three times a year, and this has been going on for two years. So during my four years with her, my “relationship” was really just a cover. They’ve been sleeping together and laughing at me.
I’m completely disgusted by this woman with loose morals. But my real problem is the girls. I love them so much. I’ve grown attached to them and I don’t want to be separated from them… I want to adopt them. What should I do?
